The Rescue Project seeks to proclaim the gospel in a compelling and attractive way over 8 weeks (7 sessions, 1 retreat day) in a small group format. The goal is to create an opportunity for people to really hear the story of Jesus in a way never before heard, to be moved to be in relationship with Him and to be mobilized for mission to bring others to Him.
The Project is intended for EVERYONE – those who are seeking, those who have been walking with Jesus for years, those for whom Jesus in only a figure in ancient history. Please consider inviting someone who may benefit from this experience. This program is recommended for ages 16 and up.
A morning/evening session consists of sharing a meal together, worship/prayer, watching a video with Father John Ricardo and small group discussion.
The retreat on Saturday, April 22 is 2 sessions plus meals and prayer opportunities.
Morning sessions run from 9-11 AM and evening sessions are 6:30-8:30 PM.
The Men’s Faith Sharing Group will host a session at their regular meeting day/time Saturdays, 6:30 AM, beginning March 4.
Registration IS OPEN! Just click the button at the top of the page for the AM, PM or Men’s session. The forms are also on Parishstaq and close on February 15. There is no cost to attend, thanks to the generosity of a grant from the Catholic Foundation. Donations are always welcome if you feel called to help.
Please consider bringing someone who you believe can benefit from this experience. When you register, there is a place to put that person’s name so they may be in your same group.
