Liturgical Musicians

St Brendan Parish has a number of liturgical music ensembles in which parishioners are invited to participate.  Interested parishioners should contact our Music Director, Ross Williams, who will forward your information to the appropriate ensemble.

Adult Choir

Our adult choir leads sung prayer at the Sunday 8:45 AM Mass. This group rehearses each Thursday at 7 PM in the church.

Contemporary Ensemble

Our contemporary ensemble leads sung prayer at the Sunday 10:30 AM Mass. This group rehearses each Wednesday at 7:30 PM in the church.

Handbell Choir

Our handbell choir leads sung prayer at the 8:45 AM Mass on the 3rd Sunday of the month. This group rehearses each Thursday at 7 PM in the church.

Children’s Choir

This ensemble is open to all children, 2nd grade through 8th grade. Rehearsals are on Sunday mornings before the 8:45 AM Mass in the Maroon Center, from 8 AM – 8:35 AM. We sing during the 8:45 AM Mass, usually on the 3rd Sunday of each month, and during the 4 PM Christmas Eve and Easter 8:45 AM Masses.

Resurrection Choir

Our resurrection choir leads sung prayer at funeral liturgies. This group rehearses 30 minutes before each funeral.

Cantors

Our cantors lead sung prayer at Masses when there is no other ensemble. Cantors rehearse as needed.

Accompanists

Accompanists include pianists, organists, guitarists, percussionists, and are invited to share their gifts as ministers of music.

Other Ensembles

The LifeTeen Music Ministry – leads sung prayer at the Sunday 5:30 Mass during the school year.
