      What Is It?
Inviting Catholics Home Program is a program developed to both invite inactive Catholics back to their faith and support them as they become involved again in their faith and our church. The 6 week program begins on Thursday, April, 3rd, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. Click
HERE for a list of the Sessions.

      What Does It Do?
The Inviting Catholics Home program provides someone interested in becoming active again with:
Contact with a group of active parishioners interested in
         helping them feel welcome.
Resources and contacts to answer and help them with their
         issues.
Programs and meetings throughout the year to provide the
returning Catholic with updates on the Mass and
Sacraments, chamges in the Church, basic Catholic beliefs,
         and other subjects of interest.

      How Can You Help?

Do you know someone who has left the Church? Most of us do not have to look very far to find non-practicing Catholics in our circle of family and friends. Many of us are concerned about these loved and lost ones, but we don't know how to help them.

As baptized, practicing Catholics, we have a precious gift of faith and love from theLord that needs to be shared with our non-practicing brothers and sisters.

First, we need to pray for them. And next we need to extend a personal invitation to them to come home.

That is what the Inviting Catholics Home program is all about.

You can help by guiding and inviting those you know and love that are looking for the way back to contact the ICH team. Please personally invite someone you know to contact ICH.

You can help by becoming involved yourself and providing information, fellowship, and support to those returnig  to the Catholic Church.

      PLEASE contact 876-1272 ext 402
to enroll or join the ICH team.

      Prayer of a Seeker

My God, I have no idea where I am going. I do not see the road ahead of me. I cannot know for certain where it will end, and the fact that I think I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so.

But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you. And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing. I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.

And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road, though I may know nothing about it. Therefore, I will trust you always and everywhere though I may seem to be lost in the shadow of death. I will not fear because you are ever with me and you will never leave me to face my perils alone.
